1. Who we are
This website and online store are run by Baby Book, trading as My First Plate (“we”, “us”), Calle Patio, 14 - 2D, 26360 Fuenmayor, La Rioja, Spain. Contact: hernaizpablo518@gmail.com. The store runs on the Shopify platform.
2. Scope
These terms cover the purchase of our digital products, including “500 Baby Recipes – Illustrated Edition” and the “Premium Pack”. By placing an order you accept these terms.
3. The products
- They are downloadable digital products in PDF format (or a ZIP containing several PDFs). Nothing is sent by post.
- You can open them on a phone, tablet or computer with any PDF reader, and print them for personal use.
- The content is educational material based on public recommendations (WHO, the Australian infant feeding guidelines and ASCIA, among others). It does not replace the advice of your GP, child health nurse or any health professional. Check with them before introducing foods, especially if your baby has allergies, was born prematurely or has any medical condition.
4. Prices and payment
Prices for Australian customers are shown in Australian dollars (A$). Payment is processed securely through the methods available at checkout; we do not store your card details.
5. Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed you'll receive an email with a link to download your purchase, which also appears on the order confirmation page. Delivery is instant. If the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or email us at hernaizpablo518@gmail.com with your order number.
6. Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content at home. You may not resell, share publicly, upload, distribute or copy the material, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All intellectual property rights belong to Baby Book.

8. Responsibility
We take great care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but every baby is different. The adult using the recipes and advice is responsible for applying them and must always supervise the baby while eating.

10. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies to you. If you have any problem, please email us first at hernaizpablo518@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
